<br />PREVENTATIVE ~_INTENANCE (P.M.) SCHEDULE <br /> <br />The Vehicle shall be maintained at a minimum per the attached <br />act.1Vlt.les. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />Every 5,000 miles, a "B" P.M. must be performed. All items <br />numbered 1 through 44 on the attached form, with the exception <br />of numbers 19, 28, 31, and the portion of 38 which states <br />"repack wheel bearings and replace seals" must be performed and <br />initialed as completed by the mechanic performing the service. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />Every 25,000 miles, a "C" P.M. must performed. All items <br />numbered 1 through 44 on the attached form must be performed and <br />initialed as completed by the mechanic performing the service. <br />
