RESOLUTION NO. 99-11,j A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, ACCEPTING THE FINAL PLAT OF GOLDEN VIEW T-18054; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the tentative plat of Golden View has been approved by Miami Dade County on December 24, 1998 in accordance with Section 28-7 of the Code of Miami Dade County; and WHEREAS, this Commission is now being presented, in accordance with Section 28-8 of the Code of Miami Dade County and Section 177.071, F.S. (1997), with a final plat of certain lands lying in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, said plat to be known as Golden View T-18054, the same being a replat of Lots1, 2, and 7, Block 2, of Sunny Isles Shores Section A, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 53 at Page 95 of the Public Records of Miami -Dade County, Florida, lying totally within the City of Sunny Isles Beach ; and WHEREAS, it appears that all requirements of law concerning said plat insofar of the authority of this Commission is concerned, have been complied with; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: Final Plat Approved: That said final plat is hereby approved, the dedication of streets, alleys and other rights -of -way however designated or depicted on said plat is hereby accepted; that any easements to be vacated are hereby so vacated; that plat restrictions as may be listed on the plat are approved and are to be enforced; that the approval of the plat is not a waiver of any zoning regulations and that this approval is conditioned upon proper execution of all documents required by the City Attorney's office. 2.
