INC. will provide all labor, <br />insurance, equipment and cleaning supplies. including I-ply toilet paper, hand soap and <br />garbage bags, for daily repetitive maintenance five (5) times per week, Monday through <br />Friday at Sunny Isles Beach City Hall, 17070 Collins Avenue, Suite 250, Sunny Isles <br />Beach. <br /> <br />Window Cleaning included in this price to be done every three (3) months. <br /> <br />COST OF REGULAR SERVICE <br /> <br />The monthly price will be $900.00 for the first six months, then <br />$925.00 for the next six months. <br />For a total of $10,950,00 for the first year. <br /> <br />CARPET MAINTENANCE PROGRAM <br /> <br />Spot cleaning of carpeting is included in the above cost of regular service, <br /> <br />Shampooing will be done at the following rate: <br />Bonnet Cleaning $0.03 per square foot <br />Extraction $0.04 per square foot <br />
