<br />HUGO'S CLEANING SERVICE OF SOUTH FLORIDA, INC. <br /> <br />Eslabli5hcd in 1970 <br /> <br />PROPOSAL AGREEMENT <br /> <br />TERMS OF REGULAR SERVICE <br /> <br />HUGO'S CLEANING SERVICE OF SOUTH FLORIDA, INC will provide all labor, <br />insurance, equipment and cleaning supplies, including 1 ply toilet paper, hand <br />soap and garbage bags for daily repetitive maintenance five (5) times per week, <br />Monday through Friday at Sunny Isles Beach Police Department. <br /> <br />Window cleaning included in this price to be done twice a year. <br /> <br />COST OF REGULAR SERVICE <br /> <br />The price will be $925.00 From August 3,1998 to February 23, 1999. <br /> <br />CARPET MAINTENANCE PROGRAM <br /> <br />Spot cleaning of carpeting is included in the above cost of regular service. <br />Shampooing will done at the following rate: <br />Bonnet Cleaning $0.06 per square foot <br />Extraction $0.08 per square foot <br /> <br />NOTE: A $45.00 minimum fee will be charged per service request. <br />
