<br />City of Sunny Isles Beach <br /> <br />To: <br /> <br />City Commission <br /> <br />From: <br /> <br />City Manager <br /> <br />Date: <br /> <br />January 22, 1998 <br /> <br />Subject: <br /> <br />AWARD OF PROPOSAL - JANITORIAL MAINTENANCE SERVICE <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />It is recommended that the City Commission approve, by motion, a one year agreement with Hugo's <br />Cleaning Service, Inc, 20725 N.E. 16 Avenue, North Miami Beach, FL, in the amount of$10,950, <br />for City Hall janitorial services. <br /> <br />REASONS <br /> <br />As a public building, it would be appropriate to provide daily janitorial services. City Hall is <br />scheduled to open in early February 1998.
