In
February, this Commission not only approved the transfer, but also adopted its
own cable television ordinance. In accordance with the terms of the franchise
agreement and franchise ordinance, Interlink has forwarded an application transfer
fee of $2500 together with a request for the City Commission to approve the
transfer from Interlink to Charter. The terms of our ordinance and agreement shall
remain the same and Charter will be held to the same performance as Interlink
under the original ordinance and franchise agreement.
Respectfully submitted,
LMD:ch
Attachment(s)
