<br />EXHIBIT D <br /> <br />MASTER PLAN SERVICES <br /> <br />Master Planning: <br /> <br />Scope of services is limited to providing three preliminary CAD generated Master Plan Schemes depicting the proposed <br />development of the site and adjacent road and riverwalk layout. Three meetings are scheduled with the Owner. One <br />massing model of the selected scheme is included. Time duration for services will be limited to six weeks. (Riverwalk <br />and adjacent road improvement design development, technical drawings and specifications, and any drawing for State <br />and local agency approvals are beyond the preliminary design stage and is a separate engineering scope of service that <br />is beyond the basic scope of services for this Project). . <br /> <br />23 <br />
