Florida 33160 <br />(305)947-0606 phone (305)949-3113 fax <br />David Samson <br />Mayor <br />TO: <br />City Commission <br />In9ng Turetsky <br />Vice Mayor <br />FROM: <br />Lynn Dannheisser, City Attorney `7, <br />Commissioners <br />N� <br />Danny Iglesias <br />DATE: <br />October 14, 1999 <br />Lila Kauffman <br />Connie Morrow <br />SUBJECT: <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT OF MARINA BAY <br />CLUB <br />City Manager <br />Lynn DL Dannheisser <br />City Attorney <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />It is recommended that the City Commission approve the attached Resolution <br />approving the final plat of Marina Bay Club. <br />REASON: <br />On September 17, 1998 and November 12, 1998, by Resolution Nos. 98-Z-20 and <br />98-Z-26, the Commission approved Marina Bay Club's request for Modification of <br />Conditions and Non Use Variance. In order to vacate some easements and to dedicate <br />such roads and drives as shown on the attached plat, together with all existing and <br />future planting, trees, shrubbery and fire hydrants, dedication of perpetual use of the <br />public for proper purposes and ensuring that all new electric and communication <br />lines, except transmission lines within this subdivision shall be installed <br />underground, with a plat restriction of a 10' utility easement as indicated being <br />reserved for the installation and maintenance of public utilities and a 10' drainage <br />utility easement as indicated on the attached plat, being reserved for the installation <br />and maintenance of drainage as a public utility. <br />Since it appears that all requirements of law concerning the plat have been met, the <br />last step of this process is for the municipality of the City of Sunny Isles Beach to <br />approve the final plat.
