(b) Serve as coordinator of the Plan, receive necessary reports, notices and similar <br />communications from the ICMA Retirement Corporation or ICMA Retirement Trust, cast, <br />on behalf of the City, any required votes under the ICMA Retirement Trust; and <br />(c) Delegate any administrative duties relating to the Plan to appropriate departments of the <br />City; and <br />(d) Execute all necessary documents, instruments and agreements with the ICMA Retirement <br />Corporation reasonable and necessary in the administration of the Plan, provided further, <br />however, that the management fee will not exceed $1,000.00 per year. <br />Section 5.
