Program Purpose Areas and Project Budget Schedule <br />Local Law Enforcement Block Grants Program funds may be used for one or more of the <br />Program Purpose Areas below. In the Project Budget Schedule that follows. indicate the <br />Program Purpose Areas you plan to implement by specifying the dollar amounts required to <br />fund each activity. Local Match must be cash and must represent no less than ten (10) <br />percent of the project's cost. All or any portion of finds allocated under this title may be used <br />to contract with private, nonprofit entities or community -based organizations to carry out the <br />purposes of this Program. <br />1. Law Enforcement Support for: <br />a.
