Dannheisser, City Attorney <br />City of Sunny Isles Beach <br />17070 Collins Avenue, Suite 250 <br />Sunny Isles Beach, FL 33160 <br />Dear Ms. Dannheisser: <br />A kL <br />INTERLINK COMMUNICATIO: <br />PARTNERS, LLLP <br />Rifkin/Narragansett South Florida CATV Limited Partnership and InterLink Communications <br />Partners, LLLP ( "Franchisee ") hereby agrees to accept and abide by the terms and conditions of <br />that certain Resolution No. 99 -134 and Ordinance No. 99 -66 approved by the City of Sunny Isles <br />Beach, Florida ( "City ") on April 15, 1999 whereby the City did grant to Franchisee a new <br />franchise for the period of ten years to operate and maintain a cable television system in the City <br />of Sunny Isles Beach, Florida. <br />Pursuant to the requirements of Section 11 of Resolution No. 99 -134, enclosed please find our <br />check in the amount of $30,000 payable to the City as a good faith deposit against the costs of <br />the Phase I development.
