<br />AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT (ADA) SUPPLEMENT TO <br />MIAMI.DADE COUNTY CULTURAL AFFAIRS COUNCIL GRANTS PROGRAM APPLICATIONS <br /> <br />Pursuant to the Cultural Affairs Council's continued efforts to ensure that cultural programs and services are accessible to persons <br />with disabilities, please respond to the following questions as they relate to your programs and projects. This supplement is <br />considered a part of your program application and will be considered in the evaluation process. If your orpnization has a <br />comprehensive ADA plan, please attach a copy. (This plan will .nm be counted as one of your three allowable support documents.) In <br />answer to the following questions. please be concise.
