I. the undersigned authorized official, certify that according to Section 501 of the Omnibus <br />Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968 as amended, that I have read the Act criteria set forth <br />in the Subarant Aoolication Packaae and Instructions. I understand that if the subgrant recipient <br />meets these criteria, it must formulate, implement and maintain a written EEO Program relating to <br />employment practices affecting minority persons and women.
