<br />Attachment A <br /> <br />Scope of Work and Schedule of Deliverables <br /> <br />Scope of Work <br /> <br />Services provided under this contract shall be in connection with the total area under the recipient's <br />planning jurisdiction. <br /> <br />1, In accordance with ~ 163.3184, Fla. Stat. and Rule 9J-5, FAC., the Recipient shall provide the <br />following: a copy of the proposed Land Development Regulations pursuant to Section 163.3202. <br /> <br />Schedule of Deliverables <br /> <br />1. The Department shall pay $40,000.00 to the Recipient following the Department's receipt, <br />review and acceptance of evidence of completion of the items outlined in the Scope of Work no <br />later than November 1, 2001. <br /> <br />9 <br />
