Baird & Co. <br /> <br />This grant of stock is valued at approximately $10,000 <br />based on the closing price as of last Friday ($.34.25). <br /> <br />As we have previously discussed, the Fay Parken Foundation <br />will donate these funds to the City of Sunny Isles Beach, Fl. <br />for the purchase of portable heart defibrillators for the Police <br />Department vehicles. Based upon our discussions this donation <br />should provide three such units. <br /> <br />By copy of this letter I am hereby notifying Mayor David <br />Sampson of this dontation. Please let Richard Schulman know <br />when you next have coffee and donuts with him.
