<br />EXHIBIT E FLORIDA SINGLE AUDIT ACT CONTRACT LANGUAGE <br /> <br />,.~. <br /> <br />Any reports, management letters, or other information required to be submitted to the Department of <br />Business and Professional Regulation pursuant to this agreement shall be submitted timely in <br />accordance with Chapter 10.600, Rules of the Auditor General, as applicable. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />CONTRACTORS, when submitting audit reports to the Department of Business and Professional <br />Regulation for audits done in accordance with Florida Statutes and Chapter 10.600, Rules ofthe <br />Auditor General, should indicate the date that the audit report was delivered to the CONTRACTOR ir <br />correspondence accompanying the audit report. <br /> <br />PART III: RECORD RETENTION <br /> <br />1 . The CONTRACTOR shall retain sufficient records demonstrating its compliance with the terms of this <br />agreement for a period of five years from the date the audit report is issued, and shall allow the <br />Department of Business and Professional Regulation, or its designee, access to such records upon <br />request. The CONTRACTOR shall ensure that audit working papers are made available to the <br />Department of Business and Professional Regulation, or its designee, upon request for a period of <br />five years from the date the audit report is issued, unless extended in writing by the Department of <br />Business and Professional Regulation. <br /> <br />EXHIBIT - E <br /> <br />-3- <br />
