<br />LOAN APPLICATION <br /> <br />This form can be used to apply for a preconstruction loan or a construction loan. Preconstruction <br />loans provide financing for planning and designing small community projects and may be amended to <br />provide funds for construction of the designed project. Construction loans provide financing for <br />construction projects; however, completion of planning and design and permitting is a prerequisite of <br />the construction loan application. <br /> <br />(1) SUBMITTAL. Submit the application and attachments to the Department of Environmental Protection, <br />MS 3505, Bureau of Water Facilities Funding, 2600 Blair Stone Road, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-2400. <br /> <br />(2) COMPLETING THE APPLICATION. <br /> <br />(a) This application consists of three parts: (I) ADMINISTRATIVE INFORMATION; (II) FINANCIAL <br />INFORMATION; and (III) APPLICANT ASSURANCES AND CERTIFICATION. <br /> <br />(b) All information provided on this application must be typed. Monetary amounts may be rounded. <br /> <br />(c) Forms and attachments to be submitted are denoted with italic print. <br /> <br />(3) ASSISTANCE. <br /> <br />Bureau of Water Facilities Funding staff are available to provide assistance.
