Local Law Enforcement Block Grants Program Florida Departmellt of Law Ellforcemellt The cost of all travel shall be reimbursed according to local regulations, but not in excess of provisions in Section 112.061, Florida Statutes. All bills for any travel expenses shall be submitted according to provisions in Section 112.061, Florida Statutes. 6. Modification of Contract; Repayments Either party may request modification of the provisions of this Agreement. Changes which are mutually agreed upon shall be valid only when reduced to writing, duly signed by each of the parties hereto, and attached to the original of this Agreement. All refunds or repayments to be made to the Department under this Agreement are to be made payable to the order of "Florida Department of Law Enforcement", and mailed directly to the Department at the following address: Florida Department of Law Enforcement Office of Criminal Justice Grants 1819 Miccosukee Commons Tallahassee, Florida 32308 7. Written Approval of Changes in this Approved Agreement Recipients shall obtain written approval from the Department for major changes to this agreement. Major changes include, but are not limited to: a. Changes in project activities, designs or research plans set forth in the approved agreement; b. Budget deviations that do not meet the following criteria: That is, a Subgrant Recipient may transfer funds between approved budget categories as long as the total amount of transfer does not exceed ten (10) percent of the total award amount and the transfer is made to an already approved budget line item. c.
