I understand that if the Implementing Agency meets these criterion, it must participate in the subgrant recipient's EEO Program or formulate, implement and maintain its own written EEO Program relating to employment practices affecting minority persons and women. I also affirm that the Implementing Agency (Initial one of the following): da..
