If the purchas. from the Kassner Bstace <br />Dhall fail to clos., then this Contract shall become null and void <br />and the deposit given hereunder shall be refunded to 8uyer. <br /> <br />(2) Closing of chis transaction shall take place simultaneous with <br />the closing of the transaction referred to in ParagrAph (1) above. <br /> <br />(3) The parties hereto acknowledge that they have, simultaneous with <br />the execution of this Contract, executed & contract for the sale and <br />purchase of real property owned by Seller being referred to in <br />Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
