EXHIBIT B <br />Contract Number 01-0012 <br />Communications Int'1 Inc. <br />Purchasing Agreement <br />CII would like to extend the current purchasing contract to The Customer. Pricing <br />discounts for all ComNet-Ericsson manufactured equipment will be at the current Public <br />Safety discount level of 25% off the list price (ComNet-Ericsson Software Excluded). <br />List price would apply to the current list price published in the Private Radio Systems <br />Products and Services Catalog. All list pricing will reference the most current pricing <br />available. <br />All vendor items will be priced at current published "Public Safety or Government" <br />discount levels. <br />Discounts on all other manufactured equipment, custom equipment, and software not <br />having published discount levels to be quoted at the time of request.
