<br />MANA(;EMENT PLAN <br /> <br />Shenandoah General Construction Company's personnel will communicate with the <br />appropriate personnel from the City of Sunny Isles on a weekly and or on an as needed <br />basis to determine the schedule dates and times for work to be performed. The key <br />personnel involved in this process are: <br /> <br />Key Project Personnel <br /> <br />Danny DiM ura - Vice President <br /> <br />Will be your primary contact on the Storm Drain Cleaning & <br />Jetting of Lines within the City of Sunny Isles Beach. <br />(see attached resume) <br /> <br />Melinda Cotrupi - Project Manager <br />Beth Jackson - Project Manager <br /> <br />Along with Danny DiMura, Melinda Cotrupi and or Beth Jackson <br />will schedule the jobs and crews needed for each particular <br />task or as required. (see attached resumes) <br /> <br />Administration Personnel <br /> <br />Margaret Lary - Office Manager <br /> <br />Margaret Lary overlooks the billing process as well as various <br />other duties such as contract processing, payables, receivables, <br />payroll, accounting and human resource issues. Any questions <br />concerning the billing or administration work should be directed <br />to her. <br />
