copyright or patent infringement, CITY shall promptly provide written notification to VENDOR. <br /> If such a claim is made, VENDOR shall use its best efforts to promptly purchase for CITY any <br /> infringing products or services or procure a license at no cost to CITY which will allow <br /> continued use of the service or product. If none of the alternatives are reasonably available, <br /> CITY agrees to return the article on request to VENDOR and receive reimbursement, if any, as <br /> may be determined by a court of competent jurisdiction. <br /> Section 26. Notices. Whenever either party desires to give notice unto the other, it must be <br /> given by written notice, sent by registered or certified United States mail, return receipt requested, <br /> • addressed to the party for whom it is intended at the place last specified. The place for giving of <br /> notice shall remain such until it shall have been changed by written notice in compliance with the <br /> provisions of this Section.
