Grandinetti, Police Captain <br /> DATE: 7/21/2016 <br /> Authorization to enter into an agreement and expend up <br /> RE: to $110.000.00 with HG2 Emergency Lighting, LLC to <br /> provide and install special lighting and equipment for <br /> emergency vehicles. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: <br /> It is recommended that the City Commission adopt the attached <br /> resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement that will <br /> terminate no later than October 9, 2017 and to expend up to <br /> $110.000.00 with HG2 Emergency Lighting, LLC for special lighting <br /> and equipment. <br /> REASONS: <br /> The City of Sunny Isles Beach is in need of a vendor to provide, install <br /> and repair special lighting and equipment for all emergency vehicles. <br /> ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: <br /> HG2 Emergency Lighting, LLC has given approval to the City of Sunny <br /> Isles Beach to piggyback all terms and conditions of the City of <br /> Kissimmee contract#BA-2015-012 and will terminate no later than <br /> October 9, 2017 <br /> FUNDING SOURCE: <br /> 600-3-5210-464100-99504, 001-3-5210-464100-00000 as approved <br /> 68 <br />
