<br />Proposal No. 3968 <br /> <br />"ATTACHMENT A" <br /> <br />Scope of Services <br /> <br />This Scope of Services for professional services dated September 5, 2001 <br />between <br /> <br />City of Sunny Isles Beach (Client) <br />17070 Collins Avenue, Suite 250 <br />Sunny Isles Beach, FL 33160 <br /> <br />whose representative is Christopher J. Russo, City Manager <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />Miller, Legg & Associates, Inc. (MLA) (Consultant) <br /> <br />is prepared in connection with 181st Drive Active Park (Project). <br /> <br />1.0 OVERVIEW <br /> <br />1.1 Client requests MLA, the Design Professional, to submit a proposal <br />outlining the scope of services and associated fees for the Project. <br /> <br />1 .2 The Project is generally described as the design of a :t2 acre active <br />park located at 181 st Drive and North Bay Road. The design will <br />include planning, engineering, landscape architectural and surveying <br />services. <br /> <br />2.0 ASSUMPTIONS - LIST OF BASIC ASSUMPTIONS <br /> <br />2.1 The design for the Project will be based upon the Concept Plan <br />prepared by Albert Perez Associates, P .A. <br /> <br />2.2 The existing land use and zoning for the park parcel is conducive <br />with the proposed recreational use. No rezoning or land use plan <br />amendment will be necessary prior to the development of the <br />proposed recreation project. <br />
