Suite 250 City of Sunny Isles Beach Florida, 33160 ',., , i I SEP 05 2001 I Dear Mr. Russo: Pursuant to our meeting of July 16, 2001, at your request we have prepared the scope of services and cost proposal for the photog ram metric work for the City of Sunny Isles Beach. The work shall include but not be limited to the City limits starting approximately at 15Sth Street on the south to 194th Street on the north. East - West boundaries will be limited to the Florida Intracoastal canal along the west and the Atlantic Ocean along the east. The extent of the photog ram metric and mapping work, included in this proposal encompasses approximately 550 acres within the city limits. New photog ram metric and mapping work for the Golden Shores neighborhood (approx 70 ac.) is not included in this proposal. However, previously recorded information from this neighborhood will be incorporated into the new mapping. 1.0 Scope of Services The scope of services for this photogrammetric work includes but is not limited to the following: 1.1 Survey Work Effort for Aerial Photogrammetry . Coordination work for aerial photography. . Setting Target Locations. . Placement of Targets. . Target Locations and Coordinates. . Digital Terrain Modeling. Beiswenger, Hoch and Associates will field identify the location of the proposed targets to be used for photogrammetric control.
