Hand pull weeds in shrub and ground cover area, as needed to maintain a <br />clean appearance. <br />5. Clean-up <br />A. Clean all walks, drives, roads, and pedestrian areas, to be free of grass <br />cuttings, trash, and debris. <br />B. Remove all excess soil, trimmings, debris, and equipment from site after each <br />Visit. <br />C. All debris removed from the City of Aventura is to be disposed of at an EPA <br />and State of Florida approved dumping site, at Contractor's expense. <br />D. There are numerous "Pooper S000per" stations throughout the City. It will be <br />the contractors responsibility to empty and dispose of, on a daily basis (7 <br />days per week) the bags in these stations and replace the bags with new <br />bags supplied by City. <br />U_ ATHLETIC FIELD MAINTENANCE (FOUNDERS PARKZ <br />1. Required Equipment: <br />A. A minimum of one self propelled, greens type Tri-Plex mower, or equal, <br />suitable for Bermuda turf athletic field maintenance_ Steel wheeled and <br />`pull behin(f reel mowers are prohibited. Reels/and or blades shall be kept <br />sharp at all times by proper back -lapping methods as determined by the <br />City. <br />B. Minimum of one athletic field conditioner type vehicle, subject to City <br />approval. All tires other than turf type tires are prohibited.
