Any additional work requested within the scope of work shall be charged at the cost <br />per out or unit price rate. The contractor will be given at least 24 hours notice prior to a <br />call for service. <br />5. NON-CONFORMANCE TO CONTRACT CONDITIONS: <br />The City of Aventura may withhold payment or reject areas which are found, upon <br />examination, not to meet the specification requirements. Upon written notifications of <br />rejection, subject areas shall be rectified within five (5) calendar days by the vendor at <br />his expense. Rejected areas left longer than fifteen (15) days will be regarded as <br />abandoned.
