<br />E. Runoff routing calculations showing discharges, elevations, and volumes retained <br />and/or detained during applicable storm events. Included should be the necessary <br />mathematical computations to demonstrate that the proposed development will not <br />remove net storage from the basin for events up to the 100 year frequency. <br /> <br />F. Calculations required for determination of minimum building floor and road <br />elevations. <br /> <br />G. Calculations which demonstrate compensation for flood plain encroachment, if <br />applicable. <br /> <br />IV. Legal and Institutional Information including: <br /> <br />A. Identify entity responsible for operation and maintenance of the surface water <br />management system. <br /> <br />B. If the operation and maintenance entity is to be a public body such as a city or <br />drainage district, a letter of potential acceptance from the public body must be <br />submitted prior to staff report approval. If the entity is a homeowners <br />association, then documents verifying the existence of such an organization and <br />its ability to accept operation and maintenance responsibility must be submitted <br />prior to commencement of construction (assuming the permit is issued). <br /> <br />C. <br /> <br />Indicate how water and wastewater service will be supplied. Letters of <br />commitment from off-site suppliers must be included. <br /> <br />.-../ <br /> <br />D. Give the status of all other government agency approvals required, indicating if <br />site plan and/or subdivision approval has been granted, final plats have been <br />recorded, building or construction permits have been issued, special exception or <br />rezoning approvals have been granted, or if DER, U. S. Army Corps of <br />Engineers, or other permits have been issued. <br /> <br />E. Provide evidence from the appropriate local government of compatible density <br />and classification under the local government's comprehensive plan and/or zoning <br />code (i.e., zoning resolution, local government development order (DO), letter <br />from local government, etc.). If not specified in the resolution, letter, etc., <br />include the number of proposed dwelling units and/or the square footage of <br />commercial, industrial, or other uses and the allowable number of dwelling units <br />and/or square footage under the approved zoning classification. <br /> <br />F. If the project is a Development of Regional Impact (DRI), include a copy of the <br />final approved DO. If a Preliminary Development Agreement has been signed <br />with the Florida Department of Community Affairs to allow a portion of the DRI <br />to proceed prior to the issuance of a DO, provide a copy. If the DRI Application <br />is being filed concurrently with a request for conceptual agency review and/or <br />local government's comprehensive plan amendment, indicate the status under the <br /> <br />. _' J <br />.,.....~. <br /> <br />A-III-IS <br />
