Dannheisser, City Attorney <br />Richard Brown - Morilla, City Clerk <br />At the January 17, 2002 City Commission meeting, an Agreement by and between the City of <br />Sunny Isles Beach and the Florida Department of Transportation for the construction of stamped <br />asphalt sidewalks and crosswalks on Collins Avenue, was approved. We are hereby enclosing <br />four (4) original copies of the Consultant Agreement for signature (along with a certified copy of <br />Resolution No. 2002 -412 attached as Attachment `B ").
