(5 ) <br />4 -23 -02 <br />OMCIAL ME COPY <br />CLERK OF FHE BOARD <br />OF COUNTY COMMISMONERS <br />R -422 -02 DADE .COUNTY, FLORtQA <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE COUNTY TO PROVIDE <br />CONSULTING, WEB DESIGN AND WEB HOSTING <br />SERVICES TO MUNICIPALITIES WITHIN THE COUNTY <br />AND AUTHORIZING THE COUNTY MANAGER TO <br />EXECUTE, EXTEND AND TERMINATE AGREEMENTS <br />WITH THOSE MUNICIPALITIES IN ACCORDANCE WITH <br />THE TERMS OF SUCH AGREEMENTS <br />WHEREAS, this Board desires to accomplish the purposes outlined in the accompanying <br />memorandum, a copy of which is incorporated herein by reference, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF M IAMI -DADE C OUNTY, F LORIDA, that this Board authorizes <br />the County to provide consulting, web design and web hosting services to any municipality <br />within the County for which the County will be compensated in a sufficient amount to cover the <br />expenses of providing such services to municipality; authorizing the County Manager to <br />negotiate, execute, extend and terminate letter agreements with such municipalities which shall <br />be, in. substantially the form of the agreement attached to this resolution. <br />
