Web pages for city officials (8) - each Government official (Mayor, <br />Commissioners, City Manager, City Attorney, Clerk) will have a web page that <br />includes: <br />1.3.5.1. Biography and photograph of individual, a short description of the <br />duties and responsibilities of the respective office <br />1.3.5.2. Contact information, including email address <br />1.3.5.3. Map depicting office location <br />1.3.6. Government information - pages that describe the city government, with links <br />to other governmental entities (county, state, federal). <br />1.3.7. City department pages - a page representing the services provided by each city <br />department (nine departments have been identified). This page will include a <br />description of the services available and contact information (name, address, <br />phone and email address) as determined by the city. <br />1.3.8. Suggestion Box a suggestion box that will allow the public to complete an <br />online email form and provide input, comments and suggestions to city <br />government <br />1.3.9. Service request form - an email form that will allow the public to request City <br />services. <br />1.3.10. A page for the City Disclaimer <br />1.3.11. A page for the City Privacy Policy <br />1.3.12. A page for City contact information <br />1.3.13. Current traffic and weather conditions <br />1.3.14. A page for Using our site <br />1.3.15. Options, which will be priced individually if they are desired by the City <br />1.3.15.1. A News section which can be dynamically updated by City staff, using <br />an entry form that updates a database <br />1.3.15.2. A calendar of events that can be dynamically updated by City staff, <br />using an entry form that updates a database <br />1.3.15.3. A phone directory that lists phone numbers for city offices (and <br />employees, if desired) <br />1.4. The County's responsibilities <br />1.4.1. Upon acceptance of this proposal, the County will deliver a project plan to the <br />City outlining the project deliverables and timeframes. At this time a final cost <br />proposal and scope of project will be developed and presented to the City. <br />Changes to project scope that occur after the initial project plan approval are <br />discussed below. <br />1.4.2. The County will provide weekly status reports to the City <br />1.4.3. The County will designate a single point of contact that will serve as the liaison <br />with the City for this project. <br />1.5. The City's responsibilities <br />1.5.1. The City will provide the County will content (in digital format) that will be <br />used to populate the City web pages <br />1.5.2. The City will responsible for software licenses required at their location to <br />maintain the site. <br />1.5.3. The City will designate a single point of contact that will serve as the liaison <br />with the County for this project.
