<br />EQUAL BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY PROGRAM <br /> <br />The City of Jacksonville has participated along with other <br />Independent Agencies of the City, in the research and <br />development of a disparity study. <br /> <br />It is an official policy of the City of Jacksonville to <br />encourage the maximum participation of Minority Business <br />Enterprises (MBEs) in its contract awards based upon <br />availabili ty.
