LA WS: <br /> <br />All materials received will meet ADA, American Playground Safety Regulation, and all other <br />playground equipment and safety laws, (ASTM Standards), requirements and certifications, . <br />etc. <br /> <br />12. WARRANTY: <br /> <br />Manufacturer/installer will guarantee entire installed systems and units to be free of defects in <br />workmanship and materials for a period of not less than one (1) year from date of completed <br />installation acceptance. The manufacturer andlor installer will repair and/or replace and <br />defected and poor installation at no cost to the City of Jacksonville, Florida during the warranty <br />period and will transfer any manufacturer's guarantee for supplier/installer furnished matenals <br />extending beyond this contract period to the owner. <br /> <br />13. SAFETY: <br /> <br />It will be the successful bidder's responsibility to insure all products ordered, shipped, and <br />installed conform, meet or exceed all the required federal, state, city, county and.local safety <br />guidelines. <br /> <br />14. INSURANCE: <br /> <br />Insurance certificate required at time of bid opening listing The City of Jacksonville as <br />additional insured. <br /> <br />14. PROMOTIONAL PRICING: <br /> <br />Vendors will extend during the contract period.any items offered on a "promotional" basis . <br />from the manufacturer. It will be the successful bidder's responsibility to monitor said items <br />and report any that are or will be offered at lower prices. <br /> <br />15. COOPERATIVE PURCHASE: <br /> <br />Any bidder awarded under this bid agrees that such response also constitutes a bid price to all <br />State and County agencies and political subdivisions of the State of Florida under the same <br />conditions, for the same effective period as this bid, should be the awarded bidder (s) deem it <br />in their interest of their business to do so. <br /> <br />16.
