Dannheisser, City Attorney <br />Richard Brown - Morilla, City Clerk <br />We have received the attached letter from Aristides Rivera, the County's Public <br />Works Director, regarding the City's request (see Resolution No. 2002 -453, <br />adopted on June 20, 2002) to place a City entrance sign in a portion of the <br />County's right -of -way along the eastern side of Collins Avenue at the northern <br />edge of Haulover Park. Based on a conversation with James Watts, the County <br />Public Works Department has concluded that the proposed site is located within <br />the park and so our City's request was forwarded to the Parks and Recreation <br />Department. <br />RBM:mw <br />Attachment <br />c: James Watts, Public Works Director <br />
