The 3,500 square foot Dining Room membrane structure is made of a polyester pre-constraint fabric ref Soltis <br />manufactured by Ferrari. Our proposal does not include cost for certification of inspection approval by Florida <br />Building Code Inspector during and after installation. <br /> <br />Div. 15 - Mechanical. Fire Sprinklers & Plumbinl!: <br />. Plumbing consists of underground and overhead storm system to roof drains as indicated on Drawings P. 1.111 <br />and P .1.121. Relocation of conflicting rain leaders or roof drains is excluded. <br /> <br />. Tony Roma's Construction Team must perform their interior portion of underground utilities prior to our <br />starting our slab on grade work. <br />. We have included cost in our proposal for one 1200 gal. grease interceptor. <br />. Site water, ftre line and detector valve, sanitary and storm utilities to within ftve foot of the new Tony Roma's <br />Building are included in our budget. All interior piping, plumbing ftxtures, sprinkler work and flow switches, <br />testing and certifications is by Tenant including tie-ins ftve foot outside the building. <br />. The complete HV AC system and all related piping, ductwork, insulation and support steel is by Tenant. <br /> <br />Div. 16 - Electrical: <br />. 310 linear feet empty conduit secondary electrical service is included from FPL' s transformer pad ordered and <br />contracted between the Owner and Florida Power and Light and located on site. We have also included the <br />other empty conduit work as indicated on drawing E.l.100. <br />. Phase I Site lighting is included as an allowance of $31,500. <br />. Empty conduit for site sign and Handicap Door are included. <br /> <br />It is assumed the Owner will provide and pav for the followinl! if applicable: <br />1. Impact fees, fees for general building, special permits and applicable trade permits other than those specifically <br />named in the estimate. <br />2. Costs for any special easement agreements or other accessibility issues with neighboring property owners, if <br />applicable. <br />3. Relocating existing exterior gas service and gas meter if applicable. <br />4. Costs associated with new/revised primary electric service. <br />5. Removal, storage, installation or relocation of Tony Roma' s existing or new furnishings and equipment. <br />6. We assume no demucking or other unsuitable in situ soil materials, as well as replacing with acceptable <br />materials if required. <br />7. Removal of any hazardous materials (I.E. - Asbestos, Contaminated soils, buried Fuel tanks). <br />8. Utility Connection Fees and permanent Meters and cost of water meter or deposits. <br />9. Costs of Special Inspection Services and Threshold Building Inspection Services (if required). <br />10. Design Fees <br />11. Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment (FF&E).
