(REV 2-10-94) (7-00) Page(s) 15 of the Specifications Package is <br />deleted and the following substituted: <br /> <br />UTILITY ADJUSTMENTS. <br />(REV 2-3-95) (7-00) <br /> <br />SUBARTICLE 7-11.6.3 (pages 65 and 66) is expanded by the following: <br /> <br />The utility work which will be accomplished concurrently with the highway <br />construction Contract will involve facilities owned by the agencies listed below: <br /> <br />City of North Miami Beach <br /> <br />Where utility work must be coordinated with highway construction operations, <br />the portion of the anticipated relocation period covering such concurrent work mayor may not <br />begin on the day highway construction commences and mayor may not be consecutive days. <br />The anticipated scheduling of adjustments and relocation work are included on <br />the Utility Relocation Schedules attached hereto. <br />More precise scheduling to accomplish utility work in the most expeditious <br />manner that is feasible will be established at the preconstruction conference as provided in 8-3.5. <br />The Utility Relocation Schedules, attached hereto, shall be used in conjunction <br />with the utility adjustment sheets included in the roadway plans. <br /> <br />APPENDICES <br /> <br />UTILITY SCHEDULE(S). <br /> <br />The Appendix UTILITY SCHEDULE(S), attached hereto, is added: <br /> <br />SUPPLEMENT NUMBER ONE <br /> <br />-2- <br /> <br />FPID(S): 409268-1-52-01 <br />
