The plan was very thorough <br />and well prepared. This will allow the fire service to progress <br />well into the 21st century. As you are well aware, many facets <br />of the plan have been placed in motion by the Fire and Rescue <br />Chiefs Association. We are awaiting action by the County's <br />Planning Commission on the remaining areas. <br /> <br />In this day of tight budget restraints, it is rewarding that <br />your associates have developed avenues and plans to save the <br />county money in the public services arena. We are optimistic <br />that our volunteer system can continue to thrive and prosper.
