Now the real work begins with the implementation of your recommendations. <br /> <br />I have been extremely pleased with the quality of both studies. As a manager, I can assure you it <br />~ will be extremely beneficial to the respective chiefs in addressing the improvements necessary <br />for success. The police and fire chiefs were also impressed with the thoroughness of the report <br />and its ability to provide them a blueprint for the future. <br /> <br />Finally, as City Manager it is extremely important that management studies do not appear to be <br />"audits" and overly critical.
