I really enjoyed looking at them. I consider our effort <br />at Vidor to have been HUD's fmest moment during Secretary Cisneros's term. I always <br />will be proud of my role in this effort. I still get choked up when I think of that early <br />morning effort, when I was personally unlocking the apartments for the four families <br />spirited in under cover of darkness. <br /> <br />Your support of us at that time was critical to the success. I am gratified that the progress <br />continues.
