No copies in any form will be made of New World proprietary or confidential information without the expressed written consent ofNew <br />World's President, including without limitation, the following: <br />Program Libraries, whether source code or object code; <br />Operating Control Language; <br />Test or Sample Files; <br />Program Listings; <br />Record Layouts; <br />All written confidential or proprietary information originating fromNew World including without limitation, documentation, such as <br />user manuals and/or system manuals; and/or <br />All New World Product Bulletins and/or other New World Product related materials. <br /> <br />2. New World software, New World documentation, or other proprietary or confidential information shall not be used for any purpose other <br />than processing the records of the Customer identified above as permitted in the Customer'sStandard Software License and Services <br />Agreement with New World. <br /> <br />3.
