Dannheisser, City Attorney <br />Jane Hines,Acting City Clerk <br />Staff recommends approval of the consulting agreement 02- 0918421 between Calvin Giordano & <br />Associates, Inc and the City of Sunnv Isles for the Town Center Overlay Study in the amount of <br />S38,625.00. <br />REASONS <br />Upon the completion and adoption of the Land Development Regulations for the City, the City <br />Commission directed the City Dlanager to contract with a planning firm for the study of the Town <br />Center Zoning Overlay District. The professional services requested by the City Commission have <br />been qualified for under the previously approved this evening. The planning firm of Calvin <br />Giordano & Associates, Inc. had done the Land Development Regulations for the City.
