After a study on the pricing for construction of <br /> parking garage spaces and a review of the study by the City Finance Committee, for each parking <br /> space reduction a developer shall contribution to the fund $10,000 dollars per parking space <br /> eliminated within the development. This cost shall be adjusted annually based on the consumer <br /> price index. <br />
