" " " Poinciana Island, located on the west side of Collins Avenue at N.E. I 60th Street,just north of Kings Point, contains one hundred townhouse units and ninety condominium apartment units. This development, which was constructed in the later 1970s, has sale prices ranging from $225,000 to $400,000.
