" <br /> <br />Operation and Maintenance of GIS Webslte <br />CGA will clean an. maintain web' and database logs'on a monthly basis using automated <br />procedures and packages follow by detail analysis of output reports and emails. <br />Using the latest technology to ,manage high end web sites like Microsoft Application <br />Center we can determine any patterns'and issues with web and database servers. <br /> <br />Specifications: <br />CGA will maintain (Clean) and monitor web server and database logs to keep track of <br />site stability. The monitoring tools that CGA will use detect hardware and software <br />failures automatically, and can trigger actions, such as running scripts or sending e-mail <br />notification, in response to a failure. CGA will keep up to date the ArcSDE database that <br />will reflect into the Front-end interface via the web browser. ArcSDE can be updated <br />while City staff and residents are accessing the system since this is a true multi user GIS <br />solution. <br /> <br />Update and Maintain GIS Datuets " <br />CGA will update and maintain the Parcel Base Map, Existing Land Use, Future Land <br />, Use, Zoning, Real Estate Folio Number, Parcel Ownership, and FEMA GIS datasets., <br />originally created by CGA for the City's GIS.
