PARK PARTNERSHIP <br /> <br />The proposed project is supported through a written cooperative agreement between the <br />applicant and a private or public entity in which said entity agrees to furnish 10% or <br />more of the total project costs in cash, land, or labor services for the <br />development/construction of this project with the applicant holding the leading <br />management responsibility.
