The owners of the property known as the Colonial Hotel is requesting this Commission <br /> to release an Agreement and Beach Access Easement Agreement approved by the City. The <br /> developer has revised the plans through Administrative Site Plan Approval 2001-05 and has <br /> submitted a new Agreement and Beach Access Easement Agreement. The phase 2 is currently <br /> under construction, therefore, there is no detrimental effect to a release at this time the <br /> abovementioned agreements in order to clear title on the property. <br /> Agenda Item 4 t\ <br /> Date 8- 2-0-os <br />
