<br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2003-S~3 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA. APPROVING THE RELEASE OF A <br />DECLARATION OF USE FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 17315 <br />COLLINS AVENUE, ATTACHED HERETO AS EXHIBIT "A"; <br />PROVIDING THE MAYOR WITH THE AUTHORITY TO EXECUTE <br />THE RELEASE AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO DO <br />ALL THINGS NECESSARY TO EFFECTUATE TillS RESOLUTION; <br />PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a request has been made for the release of a Dec1aral:ion of Use, imposed <br />upon the property situated at 17315 Collins Avenue, a/kIa Blue Seas Beach Club; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Declaration of Use was recorded in Official Record Book 13351 at <br />Pages 160-167 in the official records of Miami-Dade County as pan of a prior zoning approval; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, staff has reviewed the request and has no objection to the request. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION <br />OF THE CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section L Release of Declaration. The City Commission hereby releases the Declaration of <br />Use imposed upon the property situated at 17315 Collins Avenue, aIkIa Blue Seas Beach Club. <br />which was recorded in the Official Records Book 13351 at Pages 160-167 in the official records <br />of Miami-Dade COlmty. which is no longer in operation. <br /> <br />Section 2. Authority of Mayor. The City Commission hereby gives the Mayor the authority <br />to execute the release of the Declaration of Use and authorizing the City Manager to do all things <br />necessary to effectuate this Resolution. <br /> <br />Section 3. <br /> <br />Effective Date.
