MetroTrans Color Mileage: UNKNOWN White The consigned unit shall remain on the property of the Consignee until sold, except that Consignor shall give seven (7) days notice to Consignee if he desires to cancel this Agreement and pick up his/her unit. 2. Sale of Unit. Consignee agrees to pay 10% of profit above cost of vehicle to Consignor at time of sale of said above-mentioned unit to a customer of the Consignee. Consignor agrees to execute and transfer title to Consignee at time of sale. 3. Loss or Damage to Unit. The Consignor shall be responsible for all loss and expense resulting from fire, storm, theft, damage or destruction of the consigned unit while on the property of the Consignee and while on test drive for demonstration purposes. The Consignor shall be required to maintain fire, theft, property and personal negligence insurance on the unit until the consigned unit is sold by the Consignee to one of 1ts customers. The Consignee shall not be responsible for personal articles left in or on the consigned unit. The Consignor shall indemnify the Consignee against any loss or damage to the unit of the Consisnor. Consignor hereby authorizes Consignee, or customers of the Consignee, the right to drive said umt for purposes of demonstration. ,.. 4. Benefit. This Agreement shall be binding 'upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective successors and assigns. 5. Term. This Agreement shall be in effect for a period of One Hundred and Fifty (150) days from inception. 6. Proof of insurance and copy of Title" front an~ back, must accompany this contract. 7. Atlantic Bus Sales agrees to purchase theabove unit for $12,350.00 if mot sold in 150 days.
