<br />FIRST ADDENDUM TO LEASE <br />BETWEEN <br />THE CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH AND ROMACORP, INC. <br /> <br />The Tenant, Romacorp, Inc., acknowledges that Landlord, the City of Sunny Isles Beach, will be <br />constructing its City Hall on the adjoining property during the opening and operation of the Tony <br />Roma Restaurant. The Tenant and Landlord agree to use due care to warn, or to exclude, <br />licensees and invitees from areas reasonably foreseeable as dangerous because of operations or <br />activities or conditions of the construction site for the City Hall center, and Landlord will so <br />advise Landlord's contractors of Landlord's obligations hereunder.
